Prints a graphic image (in landscape mode only).

Parameters n1 = most significant byte of left offset
n2 = least significant byte of left offset
t = offset from top (in millimeters)
h = height of graphic (in millimeters)
w = width of graphic (in dots)
d1 = first data byte
dm = last data byte (h * w)
