If the UMG 503 is connected to the bus coupling via
RS232 interface, a "1 to 1 cable" must be used.
Connections via RS485 interface are carried out
according to the diagram below.
Bus coupling
The UMG503 can communicate with maximal
6 analogue outputs,
6 digital outputs and
3 digital inputs
via WAGO Bus coupling at maximum. The following
bus couplings can operate with UMG503 with the same
transmission mode and Modbus RTU protocol.
