Insert the bobbin deep Intothe bobbin winder spindle O
until it
will
go no further.
Pass
the
bobbin
thread
pulled
out
from
the
spool
rested
on
the rightside of the thread stand following the order
as
shown
In the figure on the left.
Then, wind clockwise the
end
of
the
bobbin
thread
on the bobbin several times. (In
case
of
the
aluminum bobbin, after winding
clockwise the
end
of
the
bobbin thread, wind counterclockwise the thread coming from the bobbin thread tension several times
to wind
the
bobbin
thread
with
ease.)
Press the
bobbin
winder
trip
latchO inthe direction ofAand start the sewingmachine. The
bobbin
rotates
In
the
direction
of
C and the
bobbin
thread is woundup. The bobbinwinderspindle O automatically as soon as the
winding
Isfinished.
Remove
the
bobbin
and
cut
the
bobbin
thread
with
the
thread
cut
retainer
O.
Toadjustthe
winding
amountofthe
bobbin
thread, loosenthe setscrew O and movethe
bobbin
winder
adjusting plate0 to
the
direction
of
A
or
B.
Then, tightenthe setscrew
O.
To
the
direction
of
A:
Decrease
To
the
direction
of
B :
Increase
1) DieSpule bis zum Anschlag auf die SpulersplndelO schleben.
2) Den
Spulenfaden
von
der
Garnrolle auf
der
rechten
Selte
des
Garnstanders
abzlehen
und
gemaB
der
llnken Abblldung
einfadeln. Dann
das
Ende
des
Spulenfadens
um
mehrere
Umdrehungen Im Uhrzeigersinn auf die
Spule
wickeln.
(Im Falle einer Alumlnlumspule 1st
der
vom
Spulenfadenspanner
kommende Faden nach
dem
Aufwickein
des
Fadenendes
Im
Uhrzeigersinn um mehrere Umdrehungen
entgegen
dem Uhrzeigersinn zu wickeln, um
das
Aufwickein
des
Spulenfadens zu
erieichtern.)
3) DieSpulerauslosekllnke O In
Richtung
Adrucken,und die Nahmaschlneeinschalten. DieSpule dreht sich
In
RIchtung
C, und
der Spulenfaden
wird
aufgewlckelt. DieSpulersplndel O blelbtautomatlsch stehen, sobald die
Bewlcklung
beendet
1st.
4) DieSpule abnehmen, und den Spulenfaden mitder Schnelde
des
Fadenhalters 0 abschnelden.

Zum
EInstellen
der
WIckelmenge
des Spulenfadens die Feststellschraube O losenunddieSpulerelnstellplatte 0

RIchtung
A Oder B
schleben.
Dann
die
Feststellschraube

wieder
anzlehen.

VergroBern
1) Enfoncercompl^tement la canette sur I'axedu bobineur

passer
le

de
la boblne
situee
sur
le
cote
drolt du porte-boblnes
dans
I'ordre Indlque
sur
la figure cl-contre.
Enrouler ensulte I'extremite du
fll
de
canette
de
plusieurs tours
sur
la
canette
dans
le
sens
des
aiguilles
d'une
montre.
(Dans le
cas
d'une
canette
en aluminium,
apres
avoir enroul6 I'extremite du
fll
de
canette
dans
le
sens
des
aiguilles d'une
montre, enrouler de plusieurs tours en
sens
Inverse le
fll
en provenance du bloc-tension
de
fll
de
canette.
Ceci facilltera le
boblnage
de
la
canette.)
3) Pousser le loquetde declenchement du bobineur 0 dans le
sens
Aet mettre la machine en marche.
La canette tourne
dans
le
sens
0 et le
fll
de canette
est
bobln^. L'axe du bobineur O s'arrete automatlquement a la findu
boblnage.
4) Retirerla canette et couper le
fll
de canette avec le crochet coupe-fll
0.
5) Pourreglerla
quantity
de boblnagede lacanette, desserrer la visO et deplacerlaplaquede reglagede boblnage0 dans le
sens
A ou B.
Resserrer
ensulte
la vis
O.
Dans
le
sens
A:
diminution
Dans
