Adjust
the
position
ofthe
wiper
according
tothe thickness of
the
material
sewn.
The adjustment procedure is
as
follows :
1) Turn the handwheel in the normal direction of rotationto
align
white
marker
dotO onthe
handwheel
with
marker
dot
e on the pulley cover.
2)
Adjust
the distance between the
flat
partofthe
wiper
and
the
center
of
the
needle
to
1
mm.
Tighten
wiper
adjustscrew© so thatthe
wiper
is pressed
and
fixed
by
wiper
collar

Posltionieren
des
WIschers
Die Position
des
Wischers gemaB
der
Dicke
des
Nahguts
einstellen.
Das
Einstellverfahren ist wie
folgt:
1) Das Handrad in normaler Drehrichtung drehen, um den
weiBen
Markierungspunkt O auf dem Handrad auf den
Markierungspunkt © am Reimenscheibenabdeckung
auszurichten.
2) Den
Abstand
zwischen
dem
flachen
Teil
des Wischers und
der
Nadelmitte
auf
1
mm
einstellen.
Die
Wischereinstellschraube
©
anziehen,
so
daB
der
Wischer durch die Wischerhiilse O angedriickt und
fixiert
wird.
