1-4-2. Y-axis Magnescale Affixing Position (For FX-1R, see Section 1-8-2.)
(1) Affix the magnescale with the 1.5mm-thick block gauge made tightly in contact with the side
surface of the Y-linear guide.

(1) Loosen the screw fixing the sensor and put the 0.8mm-thick tool in the gap between the
magnescale and sensor head.
(2) Tighten the screw and remove the 0.8mm-thick tool.
