5-5. Adjusting the Width Adjust Link Belt (CENTER)
<Procedures>
(1) Set the PWB width to 300 mm.
(2) Loosen the tensioner bolts c of the tensioner unit to move the tensioner pulley d up or down.
(3) Adjust the tension of the belt considering the interference with other parts.
(4) Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and adjust it
to between 35 ± 5N.
(Weight=002.5, Width=009.0, Span=0493)
(5) After adjustment, tighten the tensioner bolt c.
