<Adjusting procedures of conveyor motor belt C Tension >
I. Loosen the bracket fixing bolt c to move the conveyor motor bracket C d rightward or leftward.
II. Adjust the tension of the belt considering the interference with other parts.
III. Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and adjust it
to between 16 ± 3N.

IV. After adjustment, tighten the bracket fixing bolt c.

I. Loosen the bracket fixing bolt h to move the conveyor motor bracket C i rightward or leftward.
II. Adjust the tension of the belt considering the interference with other parts.
III. Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and adjust it
to between 45 ± 5N.

IV. After adjustment, tighten the bracket fixing bolt h.
Note) Belt (tension) is stretched excessively.

Torque of the drive shaft increases.
Note) Belt (tension) is loosened excessively.

Teeth on the timing pulley are skipped.
(Noise is produced.)
