ROUTe:CHANnel:DELay:AUTO {OFF | ON} [, (@<ch_list>)]
ROUTe:CHANnel:DELay:AUTO? [(@<ch_list>)]
Enables (On) or disables (Off) an automatic channel delay on the specified channels. If enabled, the instrument
determines the delay based on function, range, integration time, and AC filter setting.
Parameter Typical return
{OFF|ON}
Default: ON
0 (OFF) or 1 (ON)
Enables an automatic channel delay in specific channel: ROUT:CHAN:DEL:AUTO ON,(@103,113)
– Selecting a specific channel delay using the ROUTe:CHANnel:DELay command disables the automatic channel
delay.
– The CONFigure and MEASure? commands set the channel delay to automatic.
– The instrument sets the channel delay to automatic after a Factory Reset (*RST command).
ROUTe:CHANnel:FWIRe {OFF | ON} [, (@<ch_list>)]
ROUTe:CHANnel:FWIRe? [(@<ch_list>)]
Configures the specified channels for 4-wire external scanning. When enabled, channel n is paired with channel
n+10 (DAQM900A or DAQM901A) or n+8 (DAQM902A) to provide source and sense connections.
This command is valid only when the internal DMMis disabled (see INSTrument:DMM command).
Parameter Typical return
{OFF|ON}
Default: OFF
0 (OFF) or 1 (ON)
Disable internal DMM, and enables 4-wire external scanning in specific channel.
INST:DMM OFF
ROUT:CHAN:FWIR ON,(@103,105)
– When specifying the scan list using ROUTe:SCAN, only specify the lower channel number (n) for paired channels;
the upper channel number (n+10 or n+8) is not allowed in the scan list.
– The ROUTe:CLOSe, ROUTe:CLOSe:EXCLusive, and ROUTe:OPEN commands ignore this SCPI setting (if no chan-
nels are in the scan list).
