Enables the aperture mode and sets the integration time in seconds (called aperture time) for DC current meas-
urements.
Parameter Typical return
200 μs to 1 s (2 μs resolution). Default: 100 ms +1.00000000E- 01

You can specify MIN (smallest value accepted) or MAX (largest value accepted) instead of <seconds>.
– Only the integral number of power line cycles (1, 2, 10, 20, 100, or 200 PLCs) provide normal mode (line fre-
quency noise) rejection.
– The CONFigure:CURRent[:DC], MEASure:CURRent[:DC], [SENSe:]CURRent[:DC]:NPLCycles, [SENSe:]CURRent
[:DC]:RESolution commands automatically disable the aperture time mode, and select an integration time in
number of power line cycles.
– This parameter is set to its default value after a Factory Reset (*RST command).

Enables the setting of integration time in seconds (called aperture time) for DC current measurements. If aperture
time mode is disabled (default), the integration time is set in PLC (power-line cycles).
Parameter Typical return
{OFF | ON}. Default: OFF 0 (OFF) or 1 (ON)
