CALCulate:SCALe:REFerence:IMMediate [(@<ch_list>)]
Makes an immediate reference measurement on PCT (%) and dB scaling functions and save the reference value for
subsequent measurements. This allows you to adjust for voltage or resistive offsets through your wiring to the point
of the measurement.
Parameter Typical return
(none) (none)
Sets an immediate reference measurement: CALC:SCAL:REF:IMM
– dB scaling function is only available when the measurement function on the specified channels sets to DCV or
ACV.
– This command performs the reference measurement on both PCTand dB scaling functions simultaneously.
CALCulate:SCALe[:STATe] {OFF | ON} [, (@<ch_list>)]
CALCulate:SCALe[:STATe]? [, (@<ch_list>)]
Enables or disables the scaling function.
This command is not supported in DMM Digitize data acquisition mode.
Error -221,"Settings conflict; DMM digitizing mode has been disabled" will be generated when you send the
command to enable the scaling.
Parameter Typical return
{OFF | ON}
Default: OFF
0 (OFF) or 1 (ON)
Enables the DB function with automatic reference selection and use the first measurement as the reference
value:
CALC:SCAL:DBM:REF 50
CALC:SCAL:FUNC DB
CALC:SCAL:REF:AUTO ON
CALC:SCAL:STAT ON
READ?
– Enabling the scaling function also enables automatic null value selection
(CALCulate:SCALe:REFerence:AUTO).
– This parameter is set to its default value after a Factory Reset (*RST), an Instrument Preset (SYSTem:PRESet), or a
change in measurement function.
– Scaling is set to OFFwhen you change measurement functions (for example, changing from DCV to ACV). You
must re-enable scaling after changing measurement functions.
