External Pulse Modulation ON/OFF Ratio If the frequency is ≤3.2 GHz, check the

A11 Pulse/Analog Modulation Generator or the A8 Output.

If the frequency is >3.2 GHz, check the

A11 Pulse/Analog Modulation Generator and the A10 ALC.
