Cruise Control (CC)
Decrease the vehicle speed lower
than the memory speed by 20
km/h.
Decrease the vehicle speed to less
than approximately 30 km/h.
Each of these actions will cancel
cruise control operation (the cruise
set speed will disappear), but it will
not turn the function off. If you wish
to resume cruise control operation,
move up the RES+ switch located on
your steering wheel. You will return
to your previously preset speed.
Resuming cruising speed at more
than approximately 30 km/h
If any method other than the Driv
-
ing Assist button was used to cancel
cruising speed and the function is
still activated, the most recent set
speed will automatically resume
when you move up the RES+ switch.
It will not resume, however, if the
vehicle speed has dropped below
approximately 30 km/h.
Turning Cruise Control off
Follow either of these procedures:
Press the Driving Assist button
(The cruise status on the LCD
screen will disappear).
Turn the ignition off.
Both of these actions cancel cruise
control operation. If you want to
resume cruise control operation,
repeat the steps provided in "Set
-
ting Cruise Control speed" on page
6-154.
