RES+ : Resumes or increases Smart
Cruise Control speed.
SET- : Sets or decreases Smart
Cruise Control speed.
: Sets Vehicle distance
CANCEL: Cancels Smart Cruise Con

Smart Cruise Control speed
To set Smart Cruise Control speed
1. Push the Driving Assist button on
the steering wheel to turn the
function on. The cruise indicator
will illuminate.
2. Accelerate to the desired speed.
Smart Cruise Control speed can be
set as follows:
䳜 10 km/h (5 mph) ~ 180 km/h
(110 mph): when there is no
vehicle in front
䳜 0 km/h (0 mph) ~ 180 km/h
(110 mph): when there is a
vehicle in front
3. Push down the SET- switch. The
Set Speed and Vehicle distance on
the LCD display will illuminate.
4. Release the accelerator pedal.
The desired speed will automati
-
cally be maintained.
If there is a vehicle in front of you,
the speed may decrease to maintain
the distance to the vehicle ahead.
On a steep grade, the vehicle may
slow down or speed up slightly
whilst going uphill or downhill.
NOTICE
䳜 Vehicle speed may decrease on an
upward slope and increase on a
downward slope.
䳜 If the vehicle speed is less than 30
km/h (20 mph) and Smart Cruise
Control is operated, the smart
cruise control speed will be set to
30 km/h (20 mph).
