Hook Latch • Check visually and check
the movement of the Hook
Latch.
• The Hook Latch is mounted securely inside
the Hook opening.
• No deformation. The Hook Latch moves
smoothly.
• Do not use the Hook without
the Hook Latch.
Use of the Hook without the Hook
Latch may result in death or serious
injury.
Prohibited
DANGER
Replace the Hook
Latch.
Hook
movement
(Rotation)
• Check visually and rotate
the Hook by hand.
Neck
• No apparent gap between the Bottom Yoke
and the shank (at the neck).
• The Bottom Yoke rotates in both directions
equally.
• The Bottom Yoke rotates smoothly.
Replace the Hook.
