The replacement of uorescent lamps shall be carried out as follows:
• Loosen the nuts at both ends of the lamp casing and slide it along the uorescent tube; catch the uorescent lamp at two
ends, gently turn it and pull in the opposite direction to the casing.
• Repeat in reverse order to insert a new lamp.
Before opening the inspection plate,
check that the electronic power supply of
the UVC-S lamps has been disconnected.
In addition, the emergency stop located
directly next to the lamp section must be
activated (pressed) for the duration of the
work!
UVC exposure of the eyes and skin, even
for a few seconds can cause severe con-
junctivitis and erythema!
