1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The subject of this study is the Operation and Maintenance
Manual for the type line of Modular Air Conditioning and Ven-
tilation Units type EVO-S and hygienic version units type EVO-H,
manufactured by KLIMOR. The purpose of the OMM [Operation
and Maintenance Manual] is to familiarise installers and users
with the construction, function, transport, as well as correct ser-
vicing and operation of the unit. Prior to installing and operating
the unit (units), you should read through this OMM, WARRANTY
CARD and follow strictly the guidelines and recommendations
contained herein.
In case of any doubts concerning the method of transport, as-
sembly or operation, please contact the Service department of
KLIMOR .
KLIMOR reserves the right to introduce (without prior notice)
structural and material changes resulting from modernization
and improvement of equipment construction.
Information and recommendation contained in points 1 ÷ 10
apply to KLIMOR EVO-S; KLIMOR EVO-H;
Information and recommendation contained in point 11 are
asupplement to KLIMOR EVO-H.
This OMM is a supplement to the Installation and Au-
tomation User’s Manual, which should be provided by
the installation and automation designer. It refers to
the principles of operating the air handling unit, not
the complete installation and accompanying systems,
which should have independent Operating Manuals.
2. GENERAL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
2.1 Purpose
Modular air handling units in the standard version KLIMOR
EVO-S, in the hygienic version KLIMOR EVO-H are intended
for use in air conditioning, ventilation, heating and exhaust
systems. They can operate in low- and high-pressure sys-
tems in land facilities.
The devices in the standard version are used for process-
ing and distributing chemically inert air - without caustic
or explosive ingredients, as well as without oily, viscous or
brous suspensions - whose temperature must not exceed
+45˚C. The design for special conditions must always be
agreed with the manufacturer.
2.2 Technical parameters and designation of AC units
2.2.1 Unit size
KLIMOR EVO air handling units are manufactured in the type
line of 30 standard sizes with the expenditure and air pres-
sure range according to Table 1.
Failure to comply with the guidelines and rec-
ommendations contained in the Operation and
Maintenance Manual releases the Manufacturer
from warranty obligations.
