5 Use moving oor trailer
5.4 Loading pallets

When loading pallets it is important that the load does not move too far forward to prevent
damage to the head board. Also make sure that the cover plate of the oor at the head
board is not damaged.
Step
1 Beforeloadingensurethemovingoorandthewallsareclean.

Ifthetrailerisequippedwithlashinghooks,thesemustbeputinthe
lower position.

Onlyplaceat,soundpallets,withoutprotrudingnails,ontheoor,to
preventthepalletsfromremainingstationaryortilting.Ifnecessary,
place a wooden board (soft wood) of approx. 300x18x2350 mm
under the pallet.

Placethepalletstransversally,andtwoside-by-sideinthewidthof
the trailer.

All pallets must be clear from the side wall and must not exert any
pressure on the head board.

Afterplacingtwopallets,letthemovingoorloaduntilthereisroom
for two more pallets. Repeat this until the trailer is full.

When the desired number of pallets has been loaded, secure the load
in accordance with regulations.
8 Close the rear doors and activate the door locking device. (Ch 5.1.8)
