6.7. Advanced services
The Advanced services (g. 67) function,
protected by numerical and selectable via
m dial, provides access to test functions re-
servedtoqualiedtechnicalstaff.
6.9 Import/Export recipes
The recording function HACCP enables re-
cording a le in txt format, containing the
cooking chamber and core probe tempera-
tures for all cooking cycles performed with
theoven,toanUSBashdrive.
The HACCP function only works with USB
ashdriveinsertedintheoven(g.59).
Ask your installer to activate this feature.

The Import recipe (g. 60) function ena-
bles loading in oben's memory the recipes
previously set on PC or exported from an-
other oven.
The Export recipe (g. 60) function enables
loading on an USB ash drive the recipes
previously saved in oven's memory.
