KOMPATTO installation, use and maintenance manual
7. Maintenance
7.1. Cleaning
At the end of the working day, clean the appliance, both for reasons of hygiene and to prevent
operating faults.
The oven should never be cleaned with direct water or high pressure jets. Moreover, the appliance
should not be cleaned with wire sponges, ordinary steel brushes or scrapers; eventually, you can
use stainless steel wool, wiping the appliance in the direction of sheet metal grain.
Wait for the cooking chamber to cool down.
Remove the tray holder panels.
Clean the debris that can be removed manually and put the removable parts in the dishwasher.
To clean the cooking chamber use warm soapy water. Subsequently, all concerned surfaces must
be rinsed thoroughly and make sure you have removed any detergent residue.
To clean the outer parts of the oven, use a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
