9. Troubleshooting
9.1. Common problems
In the event of severe failure, it is essential to turn off the appliance, operating
the omnipolar circuit breaker, and close the water shut-off valve located
upstream of the appliance.
Problema Possible solution
The oven doesn't start.
Check that the omnipolar circuit breaker is closed and the grid
voltage is present.
Check the integrity of the protection fuses of the oven.
Make sure the oven door is properly closed.
Make sure you have set the parameters of the cooking cycle
properly.
Make sure the oven is not in failure.
If the furnace does not start after all these operations, contact the support center.
The fans stops during op-
eration.
Turn off the oven and wait for the thermal breaker of the motor
to be restored automatically.
Make sure the cooling vents are not obstructed.
If the problem persists, contact the support center.
Internal lighting
is not working
Use heat-resistant lamps.
Replace the lamps proceeding as follows:
• Make sure that the omnipolar circuit breaker installed
upstream of the oven is open and the appliance is cold.
• Remove the left tray holder panel.
• Loosenthescrewsthatfastenthelamptting.
• Removethetting,theglassandtheseal.
• Use halogen lamps of 25W.
If the problem persists, contact the support center.
Water is not delivered from
humidierpipes
Check that the water shut-off valve is open.
If the problem persists, contact the support center.
