Settings
To adjust the settings of your CardioCoach PRO, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to the main menu of the home screen.
2. Locate and click the Settings button. A Settings page similar to the
one below, will display.
3. Enter the settings outlined in the next sections as desired.
