e) Data Interval. Specify how frequently you want the data points to
appear in your trend table. Minimum is 15 second intervals.
f) RMR Report Pages. Listed are all the possible options for the
RMR report. Two columns are listed: trainer and client. This is
meant to give you two go-to options when exporting a report.
You may choose to have one more detailed version of the report,
and the other a concise version. When a test is completed, you’ll
have the option to print a “trainer” or “client” version of the
report. Click the boxes to select that you would like that graph, or
data point on the trend table visible. A blue check mark will
appear over the selected boxes.
g) Logo. Printouts can be customized by uploading a custom logo
image. Click the Upload Image Logo button, select the image, and
then click Open to upload.
h) Restore Defaults. Use this button to return ONLY the settings on
this Format Results page to the factory default.
Anaerobic Threshold Detection
The anaerobic threshold can be detected using different methods. With the
CardioCoach PRO model 9300, you can choose between two methods:
• Ventilatory Threshold (Wasserman’s Theory)*
• RER (Respiratory Exchange Ratio)

To set up the Anaerobic Threshold Detection mode, follow the steps
below.
1. From the Settings menu, click on Anaerobic Threshold Detection on
the left side of the screen.
2. Use the + or – buttons to increase or decrease the values.
3. Click the Save button.
4. Restore Defaults returns ONLY the settings on this Anaerobic
Threshold Detection screen to factory default settings.
