      If your computer crashes or freezes mid-test with the KORR Medical Equipment, the CardioCoach unit is still recording data. The test will automatically be saved onto the unit as long as it is ended successfully. To retrieve the test, contact KORR customer support at 1 (800) 895-4048 or (801) 483-2080 for assistance once the computer is running again.

      If the green status light continues flashing on your KORR Medical Equipment with a Bluetooth connection, try turning off all unnecessary Bluetooth devices. You can also power cycle the CardioCoach, refresh the CardioCoach connection, reset the PC/Tablet’s Bluetooth function, or reset CardioCoach pairing.
