If lighting equipment is fitted to the board
walls when they are removed (e.g. edge
markers), these must be reproduced on
the vehicle.
► Fold the board wall down by approxim-
ately 135°.

► With a second person, slide off the
board wall to the right.
ü The board wall has been removed.
Inserting the board wall
► With a second person, slide the board
wall onto the hinges from the right-
hand side at a 135° angle.
► Fold up the board wall.
ü The board wall has been inserted.
6.4 Building material super-
structure
KRONE trailers with a building material su-
perstructure have removable posts, remov-
able board walls and, depending on the
version, a Multi Rail lashing rail integrated
on the floor (see "8.9.14 Multi Rail lashing rail",
pg.155). The board walls are secured on
the posts with integrated board wall locks.
As an option, the corner posts can also be
equipped with board wall locks.
CAUTION
Self-closing posts pose a risk of injury!
When the self-closing posts are inserted,
they can cause personal injury.
► Wear protective gloves.
► Ensure that your hands and fingers
are not in the closing area of the
posts.

1 Lever
► Swivel the lever down halfway.
ð The board wall can be folded
down.
► Fully swivel down the lever.
ð The post can be folded down.
► Fold up the posts.
► Fold up the board wall.
► Swivel the lever up.
ü The board wall has been secured.
