In an uncoupled state, unload as follows:
1. First unload the rear container.
2. Then unload the front container.
20-foot container, loading and unload-
ing in coupled state
Loading/unloading of two 20-foot contain-
ers on/from a coupled (on the tractor)
trailer requires no loading/unloading se-
quence.
8.14.3 Loading the container
► Park the trailer on level ground.
► Apply the parking brake on the trailer
(see "5.8.2 Parking brake", pg.40).
► Use wheel chocks to prevent the trailer
from rolling away (see "5.1 Using wheel
chocks", pg.24).
► Depending on the load state, lower the
container locks (see "" pg.168).
► Open the container lock (see "" pg.168).
► Load the container.
► Close the container lock (see ""
pg.168).
► Remove the wheel chocks that prevent
rolling away (see "5.1 Using wheel
chocks", pg.24).
► Disengage the parking brake on the
trailer (see "5.8.2 Parking brake", pg.40).
ü The trailer is loaded and the container
is secured.
8.14.4 Unloading the container
► Park the trailer on level ground.
► Apply the parking brake on the trailer

► Use wheel chocks to prevent the trailer
from rolling away (see "5.1 Using wheel

► Unload the container.
► Close the container lock (see ""

► Disengage the parking brake on the
