17.5 Installing the oil filter x

– Insert oil filter 1.
– Lubricate the O-ring of the oil filter cover. Mount oil filter cover 2.
– Mount and tighten the screws.

Remaining engine screws M5 6 Nm (4.4 lbf ft)

Too little engine oil or poor-quality engine oil results in premature wear to the engine.
