If a paper jam occurs in the
Optional Paper Feeder, the
procedure to remove jammed
paper is the same.

Push the cassette back in firmly.

Open and then close the Top
Cover. The jam indications will
disappear.
Face-up Tray

Open the Rear Cover.

Remove the jammed paper.
CAUTION: The fixing unit is
extremely hot. Take sufficient
care when working in this area, as
there is a danger of getting
burned.
