Function
The PNCH command lets the option finisher perform punching through the printed page
with the number of holes depending on the country. mode selects either the standard or
additional number of holes for the country. For example, mode 1 selects 2-hole punching
for European countries and mode 2 selects 4-hole punching for European countries.
Mode = 1, Europe Mode = 1, US/Canada
