Problem Possible cause(s) Solution(s)
The packer does
not start at all
when you press
the green button.
The PTO switch is off. Turn on the PTO switch.
There is a red emergency
STOP button pressed-in.
Verify that all red
emergency STOP buttons
are pulled out.
The packer controls station
of the pressed button has
not been selected.
Verify the packer controls
station selector switch; it
must be turned to the
corresponding station.
Problem Possible cause(s) Solution(s)
The yellow RETRACT
button functions as
a press-and-hold
button instead of a
just-press button.
There is a hydraulic
defficiency.
Verify and make sure the
hydraulic pressure is at the
proper level.
There is a defective
electrical harness.
Apply the electrical system
troubleshooting between
the packer module and the
corresponding packer
control station.
The packer module is
deffective.
Troubleshoot the packer
module. Call the Labrie
Customer Support Center
for details.
