Wrap Problems
This menu gives the possible causes and solutions for
problems that can occur during the wrap cycle.
The Wrap Problems include:
• Excessive Film Breaks
• Containment Force Variation
• Excessive Film Use
• Increase the Throughput
• Decrease the Film Tails
• Crushes the Top of the Load
• Crushes the Edge of the Load
• Load Twists during Wrap
• Load Shifts in Shipment
• Load Slides Off the Pallet
• Examine Belt Slack Condition
• Wrap to Custom Height
