Your loads shift during shipment

Solution

Increase the Containment Force.

• Select Film Coverage

• Select Protected by Load Guardian

• Adjust the Containment Force

• Monitor for Load Damage.

Solution

Increase the Film Coverage where the load requires a higher Containment Force.

• Select Film Coverage

• Select Protected by Load Guardian

• Select Top or Bottom

• Add 1 layer on the top or bottom of the load

• Monitor for Film Breaks

• Monitor for Load Damage

Your load twists during the wrap cycle.

Solution

Decrease the Containment Force.

• Select Film Coverage

• Select Protected by Load Guardian

• Decrease the Containment Force

• Monitor for Load Damage.

Make a profile for the specific load type.

Remove 1 layer from the top of the load
