40001 0x0000 Output 1 high word of float (Float AB CD)
-1 will be returned if voltage output is shorted.
-2 will be returned if current output is opened.
40002 0x0001 Output 1 low word of float (Float AB CD)
40003 0x0002 Output 2 high word of float (Float AB CD)-1 will be
returned if voltage output is shorted.
-2 will be returned if current output is opened.
