5.5.4 View and acknowledge Alarms
If there is an active and critical alarm on the machine the following will happen:
• The acoustic warning device on the machine will generate a beeping sound.
• On the machine, the PAUSE button light blinks.
• When the Lely Control Plus application is connected to the machine on the smartphone the alarm list
will pop up.
• When the machine is connected to the cloud a push notification is sent to the Lely Horizon app
(optional).
Acknowledge the Alarm
1. Select the alarm you want to acknowledge. The following screen appears:
2. Follow the instructions mentioned under Recovery procedure, when the procedure is written in this
manual, otherwise contact your Lely technician.
• Additional information to the alarm can be viewed by tapping
Failure info.
3. If the alarm is not blocking anymore, tap
Mark as solved.
4. The alarm list appears again. The acknowledged alarm shifts from the group of New alarms to
History.
Lely Horizon App (optional)
If the VCB of the machine is registered in the cloud, an alarm triggers a push notification that is sent to
the Lely Horizon app.
To access the alarm notification in the Horizon app:
1. Open the Horizon app.
2. The alarm is displayed at the top of the list.
3. Tap the line of the alarm to read the alarm. In the Lely Control Plus app you can mark the alarm as
solved. In the WiFi configuration screen is displayed if the alarm notification is read in Horizon.
