8.1 Troubleshooting Tables

Symptom
Possible cause
Action
The machine has an alarm (the
PAUSE button is blinking / an
alarm is popping up on the Lely
Control Plus app).
Multiple causes. Follow the procedure shown on
the alarm detail page.
The machine is standing still (but
not at the charging / water filling
station).
Machine is switched OFF. Switch ON the machine.
Put the machine in operation.
The battery may be low. See
symptom 'The battery is low'.
The fuse of the machine is
blown.
Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The machine does not sprinkle
water.
The water connector of the
machine and/or the water outlet
of the water station are not
clean.
Clean the water connector of the
machine and the water outlet of
the water station.
The water filter is blocked by
dirt.
Clean the filter.
The water bags of the machine
are not filled because the water
supply is disrupted.
• Make sure the water filling
station supplies water when
you push against the water
outlet. If the water filling
station does not supply water
check if the water reservoir is
filled.
• If the water reservoir is filled
contact your local Lely service
provider.
• If the water reservoir is not
filled, check the water supply
of the water reservoir. If the
water supply is OK, contact
your local Lely service
provider.
The water bags of the machine
are not filled because the water
connectors are defect.
Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The sprinkle nozzles of the
machine are blocked by dirt.
Clean the front and/or rear
sprinkle nozzle.
