Risk of being crushed.
You must prevent that the machine drives into the charger while you work on it. Be
aware that someone else may put the machine into operation during your cleaning
actions. Make sure at the start of this procedure you manually drive the machine
backwards out of the charger. That way the machine can not resume driving into the
charger when put back in operation.
1. Wait until the machine has finished a route and has automatically connected to the charger.
2. Manually drive the machine backwards out of the charger. Keep it out of operation.
Toxic gasses.
Risk of losing consciousness.
If the charger is combined with the dump pit, cover the dump pit and make sure the
area is well ventilated before you do work on the charger.
3. If the charger is combined with the dump pit, cover the dump pit.
Clean the Pad and Alignment Mechanism
Electric shock.
Risk of severe injury or death.
Do not use a high pressure cleaner to clean the charger.
