9 EXTENDING AND RETRACTING SE LINKAGE
The partial extension and retraction of the individual booms of the linkage is
not permitted. The individual booms must always be completely retracted or
extended.
The linkage may only be folded when stationary.
Operation of the linkage with completely extended or symmetrically folded
linkage when the pendulum lock/lock (24) is engaged is not permitted.
The symmetrical, vertical extending and folding is only possible if:
 pendulum lock/lock (24) being closed,
 the door is closed,
 the linkage is located in the monitoring range (25) of the height-
adjustment sensor (S4),
 the booms 2 (and 3) and 4 are completely retracted,
 the optional hydraulic slope compensation being in the centre position.
The boom 2/3 of boom 4 can only be actuated if:
 both booms 1 are fully folded downwards (S5, S6)
 the lock/pendulum lock is closed (S3).

General
9.1.1 Operation
The linkage is folded in and out on the terminal and using the tractor's control units.
Depending on the device's equipment, the linkage can be folded or extended symmetrically or
asymmetrically.
9.1.2 Function
A function can be preselected using the keys and then operated from the tractor's control unit.
