3.Locatetheheatsinkandfanassembly1.See“Servercomponents”onpage28.
4.Laytheserveronitssideforeasieroperation.Ifnecessary,removeanyinstalledPCIExpresscardthat
mightimpedeyouraccesstotheheatsinkandfanassembly1.See“RemovingtheEthernetcard”on
page103.
5.Disconnecttheheatsinkandfanassembly1cablefromthemicroprocessor1fanconnectoronthe
