•Ensurethatthediscisinsertedcorrectly,withitslabelup.
•Ensurethatthediscyouareusingisclean.Toremovedustorfingerprints,wipethedisccleanwithasoft
clothfromthecentertotheoutside.Wipingadiscinacircularmotionmightcauselossofdata.
•Ensurethatthediscyouareusingisnotscratchedordamaged.Tryinsertinganotherdiscthatyou
knowisgood.Ifyoucannotreadfromaknown-gooddisc,youmighthaveaproblemwithyouroptical
driveorthecablingtoyouropticaldrive.Ensurethatthepowercableandsignalcablearesecurely
connectedtothedrive.
