•Setthesameduplexfortheswitchportandtheadapter.Ifyouconfiguredtheadapterforfullduplex,
ensurethattheswitchportisalsoconfiguredforfullduplex.Settingthewrongduplexmodemight
degradeperformance,causedataloss,orresultinlostconnections.

Solution:ConnectthenetworkcabletotheEthernetconnectorusingCategory5wiringanda100BASE-T
hub/switch(not100BASE-X).
