Procedure
Step 1. If an M.2 backplane bracket has been installed, remove it first (see “Remove the M.2 backplane
bracket assembly and drives” on page 174).
Step 2. Make preparations for this task.
a. If necessary, secure the two drive backplanes to the drive cage with three screws.
