Step 1. See the following table to determine the proper slot and riser cage for the adapter to be installed.

Attention: When one unit of Nvidia Tesla V100s is installed in a x16/x16 Riser cage, do no installed
any adapter in the other slot.
Step 2. Install the adapter into the 4U PCIe riser cage.

Connect the power auxiliary cable.
Insert the adapter into the connector in the riser cage.
Close both the retaining latches to secure the adapter.
Step 3. (Optional) Secure the adapter with one of the four spare screws that come with the 4U PCIe riser
cage.
