2.ChecktheIBMsupportsiteforanapplicablefirmwareupdatethatappliestothismemoryerror.

3.Ifthepreviousstepsdonotresolvetheproblem,atthenextmaintenanceopportunity,swap
theDIMMsonthesamememorychanneloneatatimetoadifferentmemorychannelor

modes).IfproblemfollowsamovedDIMMtoadifferentmemorychannel,replacethatDIMM.
6.(Trainedservicetechnicianonly)RemoveaffectedProcessorandinspectProcessorsocketpins
