•Theserial-portadapter(ifoneispresent)isseatedcorrectly.
2.Reseattheserialportadapter.
3.Replacetheserialportadapter.
Aserialdevicedoesnotwork.1.Makesurethat:
•Thedeviceiscompatiblewiththeserver.
•Theserialportisenabledandisassignedauniqueaddress.

3.IfmorethanoneCDorDVDdriveisinstalled,makesurethatonlyonedriveis
setastheprimarydrive.StarttheCDfromtheprimarydrive.
