•Donotattempttoliftanobjectthatyouthinkistooheavyforyou.Ifyouhavetoliftaheavyobject,

–Makesurethatyoucanstandsafelywithoutslipping.
–Distributetheweightoftheobjectequallybetweenyourfeet.
