Applicaon as directed
•
The product serves to control three-phase AC motors and three-phase permanent magnet AC motors
(PMAC motors).
•
The product must only be actuated with motors that are suitable for the operaon with inverters.
•
The product is not a household appliance, but is only designed as a component for commercial or
professional use in terms of EN 61000−3−2.
•
Depending on the degree of protecon, the product can be mounted inside and outside control cabinets.
•
The product must only be actuated under the operang condions and power limits specied in this
documentaon.
•
The product meets the protecon requirements of2014/35/EU: Low-Voltage Direcve.
•
The product is not a machine in terms of 2006/42/EU: Machinery Direcve, with the excepon of all
funcons of the funconal safety.
•
Commissioning or starng the operaon as directed of a machine with the product is not permied unl
it has been ensured that the machine meets the regulaons of the EC Direcve 2006/42/EU: Machinery
Direcve observe; EN 60204−1 .
•
Commissioning or starng operaon as directed is only permissible if the EMC Direcve 2014/30/EU is
complied with.
•
In residenal areas, the product may cause EMC interferences. The operator is responsible for taking
interference suppression measures.
The user is not allowed to change inverters that come with integrated safety technology.
•
The safety module must not be removed.
•
The user must not carry out any repairs on the safety module.
•
The safety module is not a spare part.
•
If the safety module is defecve, the inverter has to be replaced.
Foreseeable misuse
Inverters are not to be operated with DC motors.
