3) Damagetothevesseland/orother
vesselorpropertyof$2000ormore
4) Completelossofthevessel
Thereportmustbesubmittedtothelocal
authorityinthestatewheretheaccident
occurred.Theformalreportmustbe
submittedwithin48hrsoftheaccident.For

storms,itisourrecommendationthatthese
areasareavoidedduringthemonthstheyare
