contamination, and spring load.
c Check if the ADF door properly closes.
Is the ADF pick assembly properly installed and free of damage?

Replace the ADF pick assembly. See

a Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:

b Select Motor (ADF transport).
Does the motor run?

a Reseat the ADF cable.
b Check the ADF cable for proper connection and damage.
c Check the ADF assembly for proper installation and damage.
d Check the ADF door sensor for damage.
Is the ADF assembly properly installed and free of damage?

Replace the ADF assembly. See
