b Check the front door hinge for damage.
Is the front door flag and hinge free of damage?

a Check the HVPS characterization.
b Reseat the HVPS cables.
c Check the HVPS cables for proper installation and damage.
d Check the HVPS spring contact for proper connection to the
board.
e Check the door switch for damage and proper alignment.
Is the HVPS properly installed and free of damage?
Go to step 5. Go to step 4.
Step 4
Replace the HVPS. See
“HVPS removal” on page 231.
Note: Make sure to perform the HVPS characterization when
replacing the HVPS.
Does the problem remain?
Go to step 5. The problem is
solved.
Step 5
a Reseat all the cables on the controller board.
b Check the controller board for proper installation and damage.
c Check if controller board LED lights up.
Is the controller board properly installed and free of damage?
