Go to step 2. Clear the paper path of
any media fragments.

Check the fuser exit sensor cable JEXIT1 for proper connection to the
controller board.
Is it properly connected?
Go to step 3. Reseat the cable.

Check the fuser exit sensor for damage.
Is it free of damage?
Go to step 4. Replace the fuser. See

Check the fuser gears and rollers for damage.
Are they free of damage?
