Open rear cover assembly, and close properly.
2 Transfer roller Transfer roller is not properly installed.
Remove and reinstall transfer roller. See “Transfer roller
removal” on page 4-6.
3 Paper Replace deformed paper.
4 Toner cartridge Replace defective toner cartridge.
5 HVPS Replace faulty HVPS. See “High voltage power supply
(HVPS) removal” on page 4-39.
